First Visit
When you present to our office for your initial visit, we will begin by asking you to fill out some paperwork. At the conclusion of the paperwork, a chiropractic assistant will obtain your history and do an initial exam which involves range of motion tests, neurological, orthopedic and physical tests. You will then be given the opportunity to experience our therapy table after which you will see Dr. Koltes for your first adjustment. Following your treatment, Dr. Koltes will discuss with you options for your care and a proposed treatment schedule.
